Christmas Lighting Contest

Anyone who resides in the Astoria School District is eligible to participate. An entry fee of $5
will be charged to anyone who wishes to compete and no fee if they would just like to participate
without being judged. Entries must be submitted by Nov. 15.

Have 3 divisions:  Residential, Commercial, People's Choice
Divide the residential division into 2 categories: Just lights & figures.
Plaques or trophies will be awarded to the 1^st and 2^nd place winners in the residential divisions
and one in the people's choice. Commercial participants will receive participation certificates.

All participating residences will be listed in the SF Argus on Dec. 3^rd. Judging could be done on
the 12^th, 13^th, and 14^th with the winners announced in the SF Argus either the 16^th Chamber member businesses could have boxes for the people choice voting or just have
designated places.
